  • Client card / Services: Copy buttons have been added to the login credentials for PPPoE and L2TP types of Internet services.
  • Client card / Services: When adding an individual ping setting to a service, you can set an expiration date and time using the calendar, not the selectbox.
  • Hardware / Routers / All: A new router type has been added to the system: Ubiquiti airFiber 60.
  • Hardware / Routers / All: An issue with displaying network interface speeds has been fixed.

  • Scheduling / Calendar: The layout of the monthly calendar has been modified to use the available space better. The Settings section includes a new setting: Show task descriptions in the monthly calendar. Using this setting, you can have the system display or hide shortened task descriptions in the monthly calendar.
  • The SMS queue processing has been reworked.

  • Helpdesk / Settings / Department: There is a new option in the settings: Immediately display the HTML version of messages.

Nagios removal

  • Nagios has been disabled and removed from the system (as we previously announced).
  • From now on, it is possible to use our own monitoring system NetMonitor only.

NetMonitor overview improvements

  • Hardware / NetMonitor / Overview
  • The overview now contains even services with the Report outages option checked.
  • The table structure and descriptions have been changed.
  • Links to the relevant pages have been added.
  • A new column Note has been added to the table. It contains texts that can be entered into the NetMonitor note field in the settings of the individual devices or services.

Bulk script execution and scheduler

  • Hardware / Settings: A new page has been added to this section: Scheduled tasks.
  • This page contains an overview of created tasks with various options available. You can add, edit or delete tasks. You can manually execute tasks. Last but not least, you can also view the history of script runs and outputs.
  • In the settings, you can choose to which devices each individual script is to be applied. You can select an execution date and time as well as execution frequency (one-off or recurring).
  • The SSH details must be specified for relevant devices. Otherwise, the script will not be applied to them.
  • The scheduled task history is available for each device.

User labels

  • Settings / Code lists / Labels: In the settings, you can add new user labels.
  • Settings / Administrators / Administrators: You can assign relevant labels to individual users.
  • Scheduling / Task list: In the list, you can filter tasks based on user labels.

Calendar improvements

  • Scheduling / Calendar
  • It is now possible to hide the sidebar containing the calendar settings.
  • If there is a holiday specified for a particular day, the information is displayed as the first item in all calendar types.
  • A check mark symbol is now displayed even in the pop-up windows of finished tasks.
  • A hover effect has been added to cells and tasks.
  • Daily calendar: The hiding of the Unspec. Multiday section has been reworked.
  • Weekly + monthly calendar: The header color has been changed.
  • Weekly + monthly calendar: The current day is now highlighted.
  • Weekly + monthly calendar: Links from the day headers and the day contents have been modified.
  • Monthly calendar: The weekend is now visually distinguished from the rest of the week.
  • Monthly calendar: The maximum number of tasks displayed for a single day has been increased to 10. The items corresponding to the individual tasks have been made more compact.
  • If the limit is exceeded, the More button is displayed (as before). However, when you click on the button, you are taken to the daily calendar, not to a window containing the relevant tasks.

New overview of debts

  • Invoicing / Overview / Debts: A new page has been added to the section: Static data (clients).
  • At the end of each month, a new overview of debts is generated that appears on this page.
  • When you click on the Set up overdue debts columns button, you can add, edit or delete columns for overdue debts.
  • Using the provided filters, you can filter data based on invoice groups, invoice types and taxable dates. You can also search for a particular client.
  • Two different views are available: Table and Tree.
  • Data can exported to PDF or CSV.

Further changes

  • Client card / Services: In the Internet service settings, the list of addresses offered in the IP pool NAT section is filtered based on the router selected for the service and for the pool.
  • Client card / Services: In the GPON Internet service settings, the Router selectbox includes not only routers with OLT, but also the rest of the routers.
  • Client card / Services: When an Internet service of the CMTS type was moved to another client, the configuration was not updated. Fixed.
  • Client card / Statistics: The display of client device ping graphs has been fixed.
  • Client card / Statistics: When the service tariff was changed, the FUP counter did not get reset correctly. Fixed.
  • Client card / Photo gallery: The photo gallery layout has been optimized and the relevant buttons have been enlarged.
  • Client portal / Services: If a contract summary is available for a particular service, it is available here. This option must be enabled using the ci_display_summary_of_services setting in Settings / Syst. settings / Client portal / General.
  • Hardware / Routers / All: The filters on the page can be hidden.
  • Hardware / Routers / All: In the temperature graphs of Ubiquiti Wave routers, you can now see also the temperatures of the individual radios.
  • Hardware / Routers / All: The retrieval and display of network interface speeds for MikroTik routers have been added to the system.
  • Hardware / Routers / All: In the alert settings, it is now possible to choose the original Used RAM (kB) option as well as the new Used RAM (%) option as alert event.
  • Hardware / POPs / Overview / Map: The address search feature has been added to the page.
  • Hardware / POPs / Overview / Map: The windows containing lists of devices and services now display service status information too.
  • POP card / Devices: Deleted switches were not ignored during bulk device connection tests. Fixed.
  • Invoicing / Settings / Bank / Rules: Sorting in the rules table has been fixed.
  • Other / Bulk / Emails: The processing of one of the conditions from the filters has been fixed.
  • Other / Map: The filters on the page can be hidden.
  • Other / Map: The windows containing lists of devices and services now display service status information too.
