  • Hardware / Routers / All: Communication with MikroTik routers has been fixed.
  • Invoicing: A payment matching error has been fixed.

  • A new submodule of the RADIUS module is available: Backup RADIUS server. If you are interested and want to know more, please contact our Sales department.
  • Client card / Information: Names can be added to notes in the Notes widget. Notes can be retrieved via API.
  • Client card / Services: Routed networks can be added to Internet services of the GPON type.
  • Client card / Documents: There are two new options for the Sign on behalf of the client feature: Send signed documents by email and Send SMS confirmation of successful signature. The relevant email and SMS templates can be set up in the Confirmation of signature on behalf of the client column in Settings / Other / Email templates and SMS templates.
  • Client card / Invoicing: On the invoice details page, there is a new button Pay by card via terminal. It can be used to record this type of payment.
  • Client portal: An issue with direct links to the Documents tab has been fixed (variable $CI_INSTANT_LOGIN_LINK$).
  • Client portal: An issue with the sending of authorized requests has been fixed.
  • Hardware / Routers / All: If a router is not the primary device of an existing active link and if it is to be deactivated, any related links will also be deactivated. If the router is the primary device of an existing active link, deactivation is not possible.
  • Hardware / Routers / All: The already irrelevant information about the parent router for Nagios has been removed.
  • Hardware / Routers / All: The Include dependent routers filter in the emergency mode settings has been modified.
  • Hardware / Routers / RADIUS / Failed authentication: In the case of already deleted services, the corresponding records are highlighted in red.
  • Settings / Syst. settings / Backups: In the Local router and switch backup section, it is now possible to enable or disable router binary backups for MikroTik and Ubiquiti devices separately.
  • Scheduling / Add task: In addition to SMS and push notifications for upcoming tasks, an email notification option is now available (Email user notification). The display of this option is linked to the relevant setting in the task type settings.
  • Scheduling / Add task: The loading of the form in the Chrome browser has been optimized.
  • Other / Bulk: The Include all dependent routers filter has been modified.
  • Other / Server stats / Emails / History: New columns have been added to the table: Email from and Delivery status. The logging of some items has been modified.
  • Helpdesk / Tickets: An email encoding issue could occur when downloading emails to Helpdesk. Fixed.

  • Hardware / Settings / Scheduled tasks: On the form, you can now select a connection type (SSH or Telnet) in case the default SSH connection to devices does not work.
  • The display of graphs for LTU devices has been modified.
  • Settings / Documents / Bulk: The overview, form and generation of bulk documents have been reworked. Changes related to electronic signatures have been added to the pages.

Reworking of the Client portal

  • The Client portal has been updated to the modern form of a single-page application (SPA).
  • Settings / Syst. settings / Client portal / Appearance: Here you can select a color theme that will be used across the Client portal and also upload a logo that will be displayed there.
  • A new page has been added to the portal: Dashboard. It contains information about services, available actions and contacts.
  • Tables with documents, files and GDPR items have been moved to one single page (Documents).
  • The Helpdesk tab has been renamed Support.
  • The display of messages for clients has been reworked.

Favorite pages

  • A new tab is available in the User settings (top panel): Favorite pages.
  • On this tab, you can select your favorite pages that will be displayed in the relevant section of the main menu.
  • At the bottom, you can change the order of individual pages and also edit their aliases.

Task-related client notifications

  • On the client task form, you can now set up email and SMS notifications that will be sent to the relevant client when the task is added or edited (Send email to client and Send SMS to client).
  • For those options to appear on the form, the optional section Send email and SMS to client must be enabled in the given task type settings.
  • If an email address and mobile phone number are specified for the client, it is possible to check the corresponding boxes.
  • Once they are checked, it is possible to choose one of the templates based on which the text of the email or SMS is added to the form.
  • The templates can be set up in Scheduling / Settings / Templates.

New PayPal version

  • Apart from the original version of PayPal, a new version is now available.
  • The configuration for this version can be found in the overview of invoice groups (Invoicing / Settings / Invoice groups), namely, under the PayPal configuration option.
  • The payment option is then offered to clients in their Client portal next to the relevant invoices (Online payment button).

Further changes

  • Dashboard: SSID information has been added to the 5GHz widgets.
  • Client card / Services: It is now possible to add an additional IP address that is identical with the other device IP address.
  • Client card / Photo gallery: An error could occur when displaying certain photos. Fixed.
  • POP card / Devices: An IP address search error has been fixed on the Bulk assign devices to the POP and Bulk move devices to another POP forms.
  • Scheduling / Calendar: The display of task titles has been changed.
  • Scheduling / Add task: A recurring task error has been fixed.
  • Invoicing / Settings / Templates / Notifications: You can use a new variable $PAYMENT_DATE$ in the notification text. The variable is replaced by a relevant payment date.
  • User settings (top panel) / Helpdesk: A new option has been added to the settings: Attach the entire conversation to notifications. You can specify whether email notifications about new messages should contain the entire previous email communication.
  • API: When adding a client, you can specify their assigned variable symbol.
