Password policy for system users
- Settings / Syst. settings / General: You can use the password_policy setting to specify the detailed requirements for system user passwords.
- Once the password policy is set up, newly created passwords will have to meet the set requirements.
- Settings / Administrators / Administrators: There is a new column in the table: Password policy. This column shows whether the passwords of individual users meet the requirements (if the information is available).
Banners in Client portal
- A new page has been added to Settings / Syst. settings / Client portal: Banners.
- On this page, you can easily create banners with a short description, image and link to another website.
- These banners are then displayed in the Client portals of relevant clients, depending on the specified conditions (time period, filters).
New widgets in Client portal
- A new widget has been added to the Client portal / Dashboard page: Overview of documents. It informs the client of how many documents have been signed and how many documents remain to be signed. Also available is a link with a sign option.
- A new widget has been added to the Client portal / Dashboard page: Overview of invoices. It informs the client of how many invoices are paid, unpaid and overdue. Also available are links with a payment option.
WinBox
- Settings / Administrators / Administrators: There is a new item in the Hardware / Routers / All section: Use WinBox. This way, you can allow the user to use WinBox.
- There is also a new section in the User settings (top panel): WinBox. There you can specify the login mode and the system path to WinBox.
- If everything is set up correctly, a corresponding button appears for relevant routers.
- This feature is available for OS Windows only.
Switch tasks
- A new task category has been added to the system: Switch task.
- You can now create tasks for this device type too.
- For each switch, a button is available that allows you to view the relevant tasks.
- In the main task list, you can filter tasks based on switches.
Rights and signatures in Helpdesk
- The Helpdesk / Settings / Department tab has been divided into three subtabs: Department, Rights and Signatures.
- The original settings can be found on the Department tab.
- The Rights tab gives an overview of all users and departments and allows you to change the individual rights.
- The Signatures tab allows you to define various signatures for various users for various departments.
Further changes
- Dashboard: A new widget has been added to the page: External service and system statuses. It contains information about external services such as backup RADIUS. The display of the widget is dependent on the corresponding permission in the user account settings in Settings / Administrators / Administrators.
- Client card / Services: A magnifying glass button has been added to the IP pool NAT item in the Internet service settings.
- Client card / Services: It is now possible to set up suspension repetition for general services.
- Client card / Invoicing: The Cashless payments section now includes information about invoice numbers for payments made via PayPal (new).
- Client card / Documents: On the form, it is possible to create several documents for one service at once.
- Client card / Files: The Description field is no longer a required one.
- Clients / Services / Internet: The NAT IP item is included in the fulltext search.
- Clients: Promo tariff variables have been added to the system.
- Hardware / Routers / All: The regular router reboot option has been added even to Ubiquiti devices.
- Hardware / Routers / All: There is a new button on the Router configuration backups page: Restore configuration from backup.
- Hardware / Routers / All: It is possible to set up alerts for baud rate changes for MikroTik router interfaces.
- Hardware / Routers / Router status / Dashboard: The retrieval of available RouterOS versions has been modified.
- POP card / Information: In the Contacts section, there is a new option that allows you to send an SMS message to a particular contact person.
- Settings / Syst. settings / General: You can use the router_update_process_limit setting to specify the maximum number of forked processes for router update.
- Scheduling / Task list: Filtering based on time has been modified for specific cases.
- Invoicing / Invoices / Invoices: It is now possible to check the invoicing preview even for locked periods.
- Invoicing: When manually matching payments, the system now also searches for deactivated clients so that any debts can be resolved.
- Helpdesk / Tickets: The application of global styles to individual messages has been modified.
- When retrieving clients via API, it is possible to distinguish between active and deactivated clients.
