- Dashboard: A new widget has been added to the page: WiFi clients to be transferred (MAC address found on another router). The widget allows you to transfer the affected services to the corresponding routers.
- Client card / Services: It is possible to specify a fixed discount for VoIP services.
- Client card / Invoicing / Refund overpayment: An issue when choosing a bank account has been fixed.
- Client card / Cancellations: A new variable has been added to the list of system variables: $WITHDRAWAL_NOTE$. It can be used to retrieve the note from the cancellation form and add it to the cancellation document.
- Clients / Contacts: A new column has been added to the table: Birthdate (personal identification number).
- Clients / Services / Internet: A new column has been added to the table: Client end device hardware.
- Clients / Statistics / By tariff: A tariff statistics retrieval error has been fixed.
- Hardware / Routers / All: A graph display issue has been fixed that could occur when the device name contained a special character.
- Hardware / Routers / All: The y-axis settings for graphs have been fixed.
- Hardware / Routers / All: If it is detected that the MAC addresses of WiFi clients on access points are on another router, it is possible to click through to the transfer form and resolve the situation.
- Hardware / GPON / OLT: In the settings, it is possible to choose an OLT type: Huawei or TP-LINK. If the second option is selected, there are two additional variants available.
- Hardware / NetMonitor / Overview: The filter used to display only master devices has been fixed.
- Hardware / Other devices: An error on the other device edit form has been fixed.
- Settings / Syst. settings / General: A new item has been added to the settings: sales_opp_save_web_requests. If the Sales opportunities module is active, this setting can be used to specify whether requests from the web form should be saved as leads / sales opportunities instead of being saved in Clients / Requests. Matching with existing clients is based on the comparison of the email entered on the form with emails in the system. If the module is not active or if this setting is not enabled, the requests will be saved in the same way as before.
- Scheduling / Calendar: In some specific cases, the time display in the task pop-up window has been modified.
- Scheduling / Add task: When adding a task to a client not entered in the system, it is possible to create a corresponding client. After clicking on the provided button, the user is redirected to the relevant form. After completing the data and saving the form, the user returns to the add task form.
- Invoicing / Settings / Templates / Reminders: The processing of any inserted emojis has been modified.
- Helpdesk / Tickets: If the Sales opportunities module is active, it is possible to create a new lead or sales opportunity from a ticket. It is also possible to link a ticket to an existing lead or sales opportunity.
- Helpdesk / Tickets: The Create task for ticket and Link to ticket options have been moved from the Actions menu to the Tasks tab.
- Helpdesk / Tickets: Finished tasks are highlighted on the Tasks tab.
- Helpdesk / Tickets: The Link to service option has been moved from the Actions menu to the Services tab.
- Sales opportunities / Leads and Sales opportunities: A new ticket can be created from a lead or sales opportunity. It is also possible to link a lead or sales opportunity to an existing ticket.
