Strange characters appeared during data import from a CSV file.

If you export data from ISPadmin to a CSV file and then import the data to another application, it is important to make sure that the correct character set and the correct character encoding are used during the import process. The correct character set is Unicode and the correct character encoding is UTF-8. If a different set or encoding is used, it might cause various “strange” characters to appear within the imported data.
