Dashboard permissions

This page contains a list of permissions that are necessary for the individual parts of Dashboard to be displayed. Whether a particular widget will be displayed or not depends not only on the permission settings, but also on the correct Dashboard settings (see the grey icon with three white lines above the sidebar).

Overview

• Active users: Read permission for Statistics / Server stats
• New tickets: Read permission for Helpdesk / Tickets + Department access restriction
• Offline routers: Read permission for Hardware / Routers / All
• Tasks: Read permission for Scheduling / Task list
• Unread tickets: Read permission for Helpdesk / Tickets
• Internal messages: Read permission for Clients / Message board / Messages
• Scheduled outages: Read permission for Hardware / Outages
• Nagios notifications: Read permission for Nagios
• Incoming SMS messages: Read permission for Incoming SMS messages (section Rights for Dashboard)
• High router CPU load: Read permission for Hardware / Routers / Router status / Routers

Alerts

• License alerts: Displayed to all. They cannot be turned off.
• Other alerts: Displayed to all. They cannot be turned off.
• Newsletters: Displayed to all.
• ISPadmin CloudBackup: Product variant Server + Permission for general alerts (Display system alerts).
• Overdue dealer invoices: Module DEALER
• NetFlow: Module NETFLOW + Permission for general alerts (Display system alerts).
• Passwords: Permission for general alerts (Display system alerts). They cannot be turned off.
• Firewall: Permission for general alerts (Display system alerts). They cannot be turned off.
• Disk usage: Permission for general alerts (Display system alerts).
• SSH: Permission for general alerts (Display system alerts). They cannot be turned off.
• Ramdisk: Permission for general alerts (Display system alerts)
• UBNT vulnerability: Permission for general alerts (Display system alerts)
• Unallowed frequency 5GHz bandwidth: Permission for general alerts (Display system alerts)
• Client IP address and device IP address are the same: Displayed to all.
