ISPadmin as a modular system

ISPadmin 5 is a modular system. It is not necessary to use the entire system. It is possible to use particular modules only. Currently, the following modules are available:

  • Basic Module
  • Invoicing Module
  • Network Management and Monitoring Module
  • Scheduling Module
  • Inventory Module
  • RADIUS Module
  • Dealer Module
  • Task Manager Module
  • CMTS Module
  • Helpdesk Module
  • GPON Module
  • FlowPRO Module

The only obligatory module is the Basic Module. It is not possible to use the system without it. The module allows you to access the following sections of the system: Clients, Settings, Other, Client portal, Statistics. It is up to you to decide which modules you need for your purposes.

When choosing which modules you want, you should bear in mind that there might be interdependencies between individual modules. Let us have a look at a few such examples:

  • As part of the Basic Module, you have access to client information. You want to issue invoices to these clients. However, you cannot do that without the Invoicing Module. If the module in not included in your license, you will not see the Invoicing tab in the Client card or the Invoicing tab in the Main menu.
  • You want to use the Task Manager Module. The Scheduling Module is not included in your license. You cannot use the application without the Scheduling Module, though. The mobile application uses data from this section of the system.
